The course

Freycinet Golf Club is located on the Freycinet Peninsula, 6.5 kilometres west of Coles Bay, Tasmania near Freycinet National Park and Wineglass Bay. The Freycinet Golf course was designed by Bill Husband and opened in 1993. It is challenging and enjoyable for all players and a true test for the serious golfer. We are a community course and all works are done by members who give their time for free in pursuit of a great course for all to enjoy. The course is a par 72, The Slope rating is 130 for Men and 126 for Women. It contains three par threes, three par fours and three par five holes.

Regular Competitions : 9 holes Chicken Run Every Tuesday 1.30pm for 2.00pm (time change for winter months to 1.00pm for 1.30pm) shot gun start. Members Saturday 9.30am for 10.00am shotgun start - 18 holes and 9 holes competition. Visitors welcome.

Do you have Camping facilities?

We have self contained camping year round for $20 a night.

Please note there is no water or power at campsite.

How much for a round of golf and how do i pay?

9 or 18 Holes - $30
Under 16 - Free (must be accompanied by a responsible adult)

Do you have food and drink?

Big Pete's Eats kitchen and bar in the clubhouse is open from 4pm daily.

How do I get to your course?

We are located at 1 Swanwick rd Coles Bay. Turn right at Swanwick rd off Coles Bay rd near signage for housing estate and then left into driveway 100m up Swanwick rd.
